Effective, non-cell permeable and non-toxic spin probe for detection of extracellular
in vitro and in vivo and mitochondrial production of ROS (O2-, ONOO-). Resistant
against reduction of vitamin C or thiols. Half-life time of spin adduct in biological
environment amount to 4h. Samples in frozen condition (-80 °C or liquid nitrogen)
can be stored up to 6 months.
