ESR grade water
contains the impurity as Fe2+ and Cu less than 0.005 ppm and conductivity less than 18 Mom.
We suggest to use the ESR grade water for preparation of buffers (see buffer mixture) for good performance of determination of intracellular and extracellular release of ROS and NO:

a) in mitochondria
b) in suspension of native and cultured cells
c) in perfused heart/lung
d) in vivo (conscious animals)
e) in human (clinical studies)
