Shipping & Returns


We are handling your orders with great care. We are working with reliable shipping partners national and international like FedEx, DHL, and UPS. All of our shipments are being sent insured.

You can find your shipping estimation and different options for your order in your shopping cart or during checkout! The final shipping price will be recalculated once the order has been placed and may be adjusted to your favor.

If you prefer to use your own shipping method or shipping rates (e.g., FedEx), please choose “store-walk in” on checkout and provide us any necessary information and instructions. In this case, Incoterms will be EXW.

Please note: Depending on the chosen product, we may choose to provide you express shipping, for example, for chemicals requiring cooling. We may also choose to delay any shipment requiring cooling to the beginning of the next week in case your shipment is expected to ship during the weekend and by such likely to exceed the maximal duration for the cooling chain.

Repair and Returns

In case of any repair or return request, please contact us in advance to receive the RMA document and an RMA number for the process. Any goods send to us shall have the RMA document enclosed.

Returns have to be sent on customer's expense.
